The Perfect Roasted Potatoes


I love Roasted Potatoes! The are crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside and so addictive. You can get creative with your seasonings but I just love them simply prepared!


Serves 4

3 lbs organic baby potatoes halved- mixed colors if you can find it

1.5 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp flaky sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder


Preheat oven to 400 degrees


In a large bowl mix potatoes with olive oil and seasonings. Place potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 45 minutes until potatoes are crisp on the outside but still soft in the middle.
